Terms of Service

1.1. DogAnty provides specialized VMware Antidetect Virtual Machine Management software, automated VM cloning, hardware fingerprint spoofing (ROM BIOS, CPU, GPU, MAC, Disk Serial, Canvas, Audio), and proxy verification tooling.

1.2. Services are provided exclusively to individuals who have reached the age of legal majority in their jurisdiction.

1.3. By registering, purchasing, or using DogAnty products, you unconditionally agree to be bound by this Agreement and our Privacy Policy.

2.1. Clients manage their licenses via the Client Portal at https://app.doganty.com with a verified email address.

2.2. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password, 2FA credentials, and License Keys.

2.3. DogAnty is not liable for unauthorized access or losses resulting from compromised user credentials.

3.1. Upon valid purchase, the Client is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the software for the subscribed period and allowed device count.

3.2. Strictly Prohibited: Reverse engineering, decompiling, cracking, redistributing source code, or publicly sharing License Keys.

3.3. All intellectual property rights, trademarks, and source code belong solely to DogAnty.

4.1. We support Cryptocurrency payments (NOWPayments), Cards, and internal wallet balances.

4.2. License validity commences upon successful activation inside the DogAnty client application, not at the time of purchase.

4.3. Due to the digital nature of software licenses, all sales are final once activated, except in the event of verified technical defects unresolved within 72 hours.

5.1. Affiliates earn recurring 1-Tier lifetime commissions on valid referral purchases.

5.2. Self-referrals and unsolicited spam promotion are strictly prohibited and result in forfeiture of commissions.

6.1. The software is provided on an "As-Is" basis. DogAnty is not liable for indirect damages or unlawful use of virtual machines and proxies by clients.

7.1. DogAnty reserves the right to amend this Agreement at any time. Continued use signifies acceptance of updated terms.
